City of Atlanta GIS provides an RSS feed of subdivisions, consolidations and boundary corrections recently approved by the Department of Planning and Community Development. The feed provides a 90 day window into the most recently approved applications for alterations to property boundaries.  Application types include subdivisions (SD), replats (REP), lots of record (LOR), and zero lot lines (ZLL).  Subscribers can view information about the application such as address, approval date, recording date, districts and land lot, and plat book and page.
