An NPU is composed of multiple neighborhoods.<\/SPAN><\/P> Key Attributes:<\/SPAN><\/P> Name: The name of the NPU.<\/SPAN><\/P> Land Lot Index<\/SPAN>: <\/SPAN>A grid system unique to each county which helps to identify the location of a parcel.<\/SPAN><\/P> Key Attributes:<\/SPAN><\/P> Dist_Num: The identifier for the district.<\/SPAN><\/P> LLot_Num: The identifier for the land lot.<\/SPAN><\/P> Dist_Page: A combination of Dist_Num and LL_Num which form the full land lot index.<\/SPAN><\/P>
